Train the Trainer Workshop
Do you have a large number of salespeople to train? Are the spread out over a large geographic location? This might make regular training a challenge. But we have a solution: a Train the Trainer.
Each designated trainer will receive a digital instruction package detailing how to deliver all 13 of Lovett Sales Inc.’s Modules for Client Calling, Business Calling and Initial Appointment Workshops.
The steps for being certified in the Lovett Sales Inc. process is:
Two weeks after the designated trainers receive and review the materials, an instructor from Lovett Sales Inc. will personally conduct the training sessions with a group of sales representatives. The trainers will attend these sessions and observe how to deliver the training(s).
The following day the Lovett Sales Instructor will review the previous day’s training(s) and work with the trainers on how to deliver the Client Calling, Business Calling and Initial Appointment Workshops.
Three weeks after observing actual classes, the designated trainers will meet with the Lovett Sales Instructor. Each trainer will be asked to deliver 2-3 modules at random. If the trainer demonstrates command of the content and their delivery is in alignment with Lovett Sales Inc.’s expectations, the trainer will then be certified.
Only trainers who have completed the above process and who have received written certification from Lovett Sales Inc. will be permitted to administer this training.
Trainer certification is not transferable to any other entity/individual.
Training participants will receive a Client Calling, Business Calling and Initial Appointment Guide and Workbook.
All program materials include:
- Digital Instruction Package
- Leader’s Guide
- Power Point Presentation
- Client Calling Guide, Business Calling Guide and Initial Appointment are licensed to the client for a period of three years.
Extension of the licensing agreement will be at the option of the client subject to the terms of a new licensing agreement.
The Facilitator’s Guide and Digital Calling Guides are included in the certification fee.
The reproduction of the Participant Workbook and Digital Guides are not included in the licensing fee.
The client may, at their option, produce this material internally or use the outside services of a printer recommended by Lovett Sales Inc. Negotiation for the reproduction fee of the training material can be done directly with the recommended outside vendor.
Travel and lodging expenses associated with the entire certification process are the responsibility of client and will be billed separately.
The client agrees to provide Lovett Sales Inc. with a schedule of training delivery dates. Lovett Sales Inc. reserves the right to audit the training to ensure compliance with training methodology.
